If you want to return the product, you can do so within 10 days of its delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging along with the receipt. You can either exchange the item for a different size/color or return for a full refund.
The customer can return the product by informing us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or kindly whatsapp us on +919724644609 along with the reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you if the return has been approved or rejected based on the product condition.
Once your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied either in the form of store credit or to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 banking days.
If the payment method is cash on delivery (COD), then the order amount you paid will be credited through NEFT/UPI to your bank.
RETURNS WITH PROMO CODE & DISCOUNTS
If a promo code or a discount coupon has been used at the time of purchase, you will be credited only for the final amount you paid after using the promo code.
You can also exchange the product for the same style in a different size. No additional shipping costs if a product is exchanged for the first time.
